I have reviewed many of the web sites containing information on bankruptcy law and procedure. Many of these sites contain outdated, inaccurate information. Most of the inaccuracies are contained on web pages that were accurate when written, but became inaccurate because of changes in the law. When you surf the web for background information on bankruptcy law, I recommend that you attempt to determine when the article or page was written. The older it is, the less likely it will be accurate.
