§ 1128. Con­fir­ma­tion hear­ing

(a) Hear­ing re­quired on plan con­fir­ma­tion

(b) Ob­jec­tion to con­fir­ma­tion

(a) After no­tice, the court shall hold a hear­ing on con­fir­ma­tion of a plan.

(b) A par­ty in in­ter­est may ob­ject to con­fir­ma­tion of a plan.
