§ 721. Authorization to op­er­ate busi­ness

 

 

The court may au­tho­rize the trust­ee to op­er­ate the busi­ness of the debt­or for a lim­ited pe­ri­od, if such op­er­a­tion is in the best in­ter­est of the es­tate and con­sis­tent with the or­der­ly liq­ui­da­tion of the es­tate.
